Job Title: Software Architect for Data Collection and Analytics

Job Description: As Software Architect you will be responsible for designing, developing and managing cloud based data collection and analysis system. In order to be successful as an architect you will need to have high degree of understanding of the various components of the cloud-computing ecosystem. You will have full ownership of the solution from end to end, and will be responsible for translating functional requirements into a technical solution and delivering that solution.

Requirements: -

·         Expertise in developing modular and scaleable software

·         Expertise in building and managing apps on AWS technology stack

·         RDS, EC2 and S3 - Hands-on experience with database and mid-tier development (session and entity beans, JMS, JDBC, SOAP, hibernate, etc.).

·         Hands-on experience developing web applications with/without frameworks (JSP, servlets, struts, JSF).

·         Strong knowledge and understanding of distributed computing architectures

·         Knowledge, interest and awareness of cloud computing, networking and storage technologies

·         Experience with data mining, machine learning, data analysis, statistics and engagment metrics is a plus

·         Experience with iOS and Android app/games development is a plus

·         BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field from a top tier school
