Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Windows Networks and System Administration
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Monitor the performance of network and computer systems.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software or any other network and system problems.
- Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Organized and takes initiative.
- Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical competence and problem solving skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.

- Windows Server 2003/2008 Setup and Administration
- Domain Controller configuration
- Active Directory configuration
- DNS/DHCP Setup
- MS Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 Setup and Administration
- IIS 6/7 Administration
- MS SQL Server 2005/2008 Setup and Administration
- MS Team Foundation Server 2010 Setup, Administration and Backup
- MS Share Point Setup and Administration
- TCP/IP Protocol Knowledge
- VPN/Remote access
- Email Server Administration
- Knowledge of Software Licensing
